Hello all,

I lift in the range of 8-15 reps, one set, at the moment. The last rep is really the last one I possible could do. I add at least one rep each time, and it gives an incredible boost for days when I improve with a couple more reps. Giving the last you have, and feeling great!

Is there anybody having the same experience?

There is lots of satisfaction in seeing progress from weight training. I still remember my stats from back when I first started.
