I have a very bad addiction to bbq sunflower seeds and I eat them buy the bad, it's my cigarette i guess. Is is a pretty low carb snack and how much is too much?

I think if you have to ask if it's too much, it probably is. Isn't that true for most things?
I have difficulty with nuts and seeds so I try to avoid buying them very often.

I have been wondering this myself. I have been chewing more and more of these in an atempt to ween myself off of chewing tobaco. I only buy the regular kind, no flavors for me.

BBQ might contain sugar as well. It is often used in BBQ spice mixes. Tomato powder for sure, and that should pack some carbs.
