Here I was so discouraged because I'm ending Phase 1 today, and the scale has barely budged.....but, on a whim, I tried on a pair of shorts that I could no longer fit in to...AND THEY FIT! :clap:
Down with the scale....I think I'll toss it into the dumpster! :bash:

Of course, now I've just taken away my reason to go clothes shopping.... :(

And just think how much cheaper its going to be shopping in your own closet. :lol: :lol:
I just worn a skirt the other day that I don't remember when I bought it, over 8 years ago. It still had the price tag on it. :lol:
