what can i drink please tea/coffee im dying for a cuppa and dont if i can have one could i put cream in, i just starting low carb today :D thank you

That would depend what type of low carb plan you are on. I'm on Atkins and his plan allows cream but in limited amounts. Also, what, if any, are you planning to use for a sweetener? LC doesn't allow for regular sugar.

Welcome to the boards...it would be helpful if you would take a look at the various plans (the main page has a comparison). Pick one to follow and then, if you need to, make some adjustments.

thankyou love im on the atkins its just that i havent had a drink all day i have just been to the health food store and got a jar of something called bambu lets hope it dosnt taste like bamboo, i also picked up some sweeteners carb free + zero cal, and i will be careful with the cream thanks again :thup:

thats the one thing i have done all my adult life is drink 8 glasses a day wish i could be more in charge with what i eat by the way the bambu was lovely :yum:
