Hi everyone! I plan on starting SB tomorrow since my mom finally went to the store and bought some SB-friendly food for me. But the problem is she didn't buy very much. Here's what she bought:
`part skim string cheese
`lowfat sliced cheese
`dry roasted peanuts
`sunflower seeds
`a tub of fat free plain yogurt
`lettuce
`celery
`salsa
`some vegetarian chicken cutlet things, but I'm not sure if they're SB friendly.
`eggs
Okay, so I don't think I can make actual MEALS with that.. so can anyone help out??
