anyone have any kid friendly south beach recipes?
my son isnt little...he is 16 and likes some veggies but i am finding it hard to think up some new things to make....
he loves the turkey chili but isnt a big fan of chicken breasts.
And chicken breasts seem to be one of my sb staples...

Chicken taco using lc wraps
chicken breast with spag sauce and cheese on top
Ask him to help cook and ask for his suggestions too

:idea: what about a steak salad? I know salads can be boring at times, but i load them up with so many things that its a huge meal in one.
or, a big omlet packed with green and red peppers, onions, low-fat cheese, anything thats allowed. sometimes eggs are better when eaten other than breakfast time :)
try to figure out what he likes to eat (b4 the sb diet) and then modify it to fit SB regulations..

thanks for the replys and ideas....
i used to do a lot of big salaads for him and he does like them....dont know why i got away from them.
i guess whats really getting to me is the amt he eats...i am unbale to fill him up no matter what i fix...
teen age boys i guess...bottomless pits...
