Where do I find South Beach recipes?
I am very excited to get started, but need to make a meal plan out before I go grocery shopping again..


I would be rich if we didn't have to eat... tee hee hee

there are several different websites that carry South Beach Recipes. Here you can do a search for South Beach recipes, don't know how many there are.

the last one is my favorite. She doesn't call them South Beach anymore due to some legal issues, but you will know which ones are allowed and which ones aren't. I am actually in the process of putting together a little collection of Recipes myself.
