I remember a while back reading that some public school system, in florida I think was undergoing a 3 month experiment to put its students on a southbeach type diet,, anyone seen any follow up on that?

I can't find any follow up on it, maybe you'll read into it a bit more, i think it started this year so there may not be any more pertinent information on it yet
