So, just what exactly can you do with jello during phase 1 on SB? I don't think I can choke it down without fruit, whip cream....um, chocolate.....etc! :D
Anyone doing anything creative to keep things interesting over these first 2 weeks?? help???

Try making it by dissolving the crystals in about a third of the amount of hot water then cool down to half the amount of water by adding ice. When cool add the remaining liquid in the form of milk and cool - I love it that way and you might even think you are cheating :). You have to cool down the liquid before adding the milk otherwise it goes a little strange (it's perfectly edible just not as eye pleasing).

yummm that sounds good!! This is a very good question..I read someone makes popsicles out of it too, just pours into molds, still jello, but maybe a little more easier to eat frozen..just a thought!!

Somebody on another thread mentioned stirring SF Jello into plain yogurt. I have not tried it but it sounds interesting.

For a change, I like to make lemon or lime jello - add 2 TBLs of vinegar. When partially set, I add diced celery, green pepper, onion, diced cucumber, and a couple shreds of carrot (for color) and a few quartered back olives. Serve this topped with a small dollop of LT mayo sweetened with splenda. It is wonderful! Sweet and Sour, crunchy and smooth all at once.

Sorry - I should have mentioned that after adding the veggies you will want to let the jello set up completely before eating.

Lemon jello, tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, celery, walnuts.....prepare jello. Allow to cool until loosely firm. Stir in remaining ingredients well. Chill. Makes a tasty dip, or slice and serve with salad for a main course. You could sub milk for the mayo. You can also use cooked chicken instead of tuna.
