Hi all...I accidently discovered that if you click on the phrase 'Main Low-Carb Diets Forum & Support' (in the light green area above Success Stories, etc.) you'll get all the latest postings for all sub-forums on one page. Granted, I may not be interested in reading questions about Candida or PCOS for example, but the postings often relate to lowcarbing and I may learn something from them. Hope this helps others navigating through this huge forum.
