Any yoga buffs out there? I am seriously considering taking a class next week. Your thoughts?

Go for it! I am def not a yoga buff, but I do it every now and then in the morning to spice up my workout routine or just to relax.

The best types of yoga for weight loss are the higher intensity types. Ashtanga. Another branch of yoga is bikram, which is high intensity and is done in a heated room. You sweat a lot and lose weight. If you're not in it for weight loss, try any type of yoga. Less strenuous classes can be an amazing relaxation. Whatever type you choose, if you stick with it (!!!) you will have an amazing body in a couple of years. With the high intensity yoga you will get there faster.
