Sorry guys been reading what I have been writing and I am an idiot in denial. My A1C went up because I wasn't exercizing enough. for first month after I was diagnosed didn't exersice at all second month only 10 mins a day then 20 min . I didn't start exercising for 30 min until after took second test. so of course went up. Just had to go through "why me" first I guess before I was ready to face facts. Sorry!
I have been making a lot of life changing decisions the last week. My whole family has been in a state of denial on health issues. So we have decided to sell the family busniess and move to the ocean. My husband will be taking an early retirement so he can consentrate on his health. He is a T1 on diaylysis. My mother-in- law is going to move in with us at our new home so we can help take care of her. She hates losing her independence but realizes she's can no longer take care of her self. She is 83 with several health probrlems. This will probly be easier for me and my husband because I won't be having to always go over to her house to help her out she'll be right with us. Less to worry about and we are looking in to getting a part time nurse in future. Houses we are looking at is about 1/2 mile from beach with walking paths so I can easily walk everyday along beach! Yeah!! or walk to store and back. Should be much easier and more enjoyable to get exersize everyday. I can't wait to move. We are going on over to Fort Bragg to look at houses starting to day and will be there for 2 weeks. I'm feeling so much more hopeful! We may have obstacles in life but we can get through them. Thanks for your support be back in 2 weeks.
