Just wanted to report that it has taken me 4 months of Armour thyroid and DHEA for a few months and my temperature is now 97.4 up .3 degrees from last month this time in my cycle. Horray!

Silly question here. You are talking about basal temp as in stick a thermometer in your mouth before you get out of bed, right??? Not just a random temp. Sorry to be so stupid

Yeah, first thing in the morning. My random temperatures thoughout the day are actually getting into the 98's now! That's a change for me.
