Will caffine prevent you from going into ketosis???

All the books say it'll hurt the diet. I'm not quitting "cold turkey", though. just started yesterday and I decided to wean off. This is a new way for me. I'm working to decide on Atkins or Sommersizing. What plan are yo on?

Hey! I guess you know the answer to your question by now, I would cut it out. I live in atmore, aL but I grew up in Selma and frequented Mont. in my single years.

I have had no will power this week so coffee has not been my only problem. Do any of you use the supplements? Do they help during the weak moments? I had hoped to get thru the holidays. I'll start again tomorrow. I bought the Dr. Atkins supplement pack for my daughter for Christmas. I might get me some if they help.
