Hi there everyone.
I am starting yet again on Low Carb. I have tried a number of times to 'Start Over' with little success. The first time I succeeded with low carb I wasn't using all the 'Low Carb' sauces, pastas, etc etc just basic eating good old meat and salad and it worked so that is what I am going back too! What also worked for me was the keto sticks so I will be first at the shop on Monday to purchase some. I have read some posts that said, don't bother to use them, but I found them really encouraging to know that I was burning fat.
