Hello from Gothenburg! :spin: How great to find someone else from NE.

How has your plan been going? Two years ago I lost 35 lbs but had a baby in March and have been trying to lose the baby fat. I'm sticking with it though because I know from personal experience it works.

This week however I'm abandoning the LC eating. After pigging out at Thanksgiving we're heading to Boulder to the football game.

Nice to hear from you. I found one other person from Nebraska named kirkwood but I havn't been able to contact her. Thanks for your reply. I am 54 years old so the lbs seem harder and harder to lose, but I feel like I am off to a great start...9 lbs this morning in just over a week. I was sucessful on Atkins a year or so ago, but went back to carbing and slowly gained until I was at my all time high of 155 and really miserable. I have lost the same 30 lbs several times since I turned 40 but Atkins seems to be the only thing that works for me anymore. Low fat/low cal never gets it any more. I can be "good" for awhile and then I just go nuts.
This time i hope to make this a life change instead of just a diet.

Nice to hear from you. I added you to my buddy list. Maybe you could help me find kirkwood. She also has a little one so you would have lots in common.

WOW I was almost to the bottom of the local forums and was about to give up on seeing anything from nebraska! Ok so it has also been a month and a half or more since these posts were made so maybe you two arent even around anymore? I am in western nebraska, as a matter of fact was thinking that colorado might even be closer to find someone in! *g*
