Does anyone know how to trim arms that are proportionally larger and fatter than the rest of the body?

As a long-time exerciser, I've learned that a lot of characteristics are genetic. No matter how hard I train, I'll never get those "Madonna arms" I covet. My upper arms, like my thighs, simply store fat in a particular way,and resist looking "thin" or "cut."

Nevertheless, I keep at it. A video I like--that gives me good results--is Cory Everson's Get Hard Arms and Shoulders. I also like Gilad's Men of Steel Arms workout, and various high-rep, low weight workouts from Margaret Richard.

You can't spot condition. Some area's are just going to be a lot more difficult to get rid of than others, your arms will probably be the last to trim down. Do cardio 3-4 times a week and weight train a few days a week. Good luck!

Cory Everson's Get Hard Arms and Shoulders.

I remember Cory Everson in her Ms. Olympia years. She had a great physique!
