THIS WAS A GREAT RECIPE. I DONT LIKE CHICKEN BREAST TO MUCH,BUT I LOVED THIS. A COUPLE OF THINGS I CHANGED WAS FOR SALT I USED KOSHER SALT AND INSTEAD OF THE RITZ CRACKERS,BECAUSE THIER NOT LOW CARB, I USED 4C LOW CARB BREAD CRUMBS. EASY FAST AND DELICIOUS HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYS IT. :yum: :yum: :yum:

Since I don't have LC bread crumbs I made it "crumbless", it was still tasty and crunchy. The next day I put the mix in with some broccoli, YUM!

Well i stayed cheat free for 7 months, that helped alot.I tried a whole bunch of recipes from the internet, low carb of course, and i just took one day at a time. Once i saw the weight coming off it got easier. And now i cant imagine ever eating like i used to. its been a year and a month.I went from a size 22 to a 6. And beleive me if i can do it anybody can. good luck.

It is definitley a life change and not just a diet. All the other times i dieted i would gain it back, this is the only diet i have done and kept my weight off for over a year.I love it.And if i can do it, beleive me anybody can do it. I think the most important thing is being creative with your meals and not eating the same things all the time. Have a great day!!!!

Danabug, I agree, Jake is a very good name. I'm very proud of your weightloss so far, you are so close to your goal!
You mentioned that you recommend being creative with your meals. What are a couple of your favorites?
