Hi UPMichigan,

I'm far from an expert but I am doing Induction and I have seen these baking mixes. I've even ordered one. But I wont be using it until after Induction. I believe it's important to keep your plan as clean as possible at the start to avoid stalls or slowing of loss. Go straight by the book at least for the first two weeks. :)
