Anyone Know How I Can Calculate How Many Calories I Should Be Eating Per Day For Weight Loss? I Know Atkins Says You Shouldn't Worry About It But I Gained Weight And For Me, Obviously, Calories Do Count?!
Thanks

There's various BMI/BMR calculators around on the net, use google and find a few. Use a few to get a reference, because they never agree. Then take that number, subtract some calories from it to come up with some sort number to shoot for. You might need to adjust up or down depending on things like hunger.

Eventually you get a general idea of how much you can eat.

Often times women of average height will shoot for about 1200 calories to lose. It's just a number a lot of diet plans use for women.
