We will be heading to Myrtle Beach in 2 days to stay there til the middle of April. Would like to know if there are any low-carbers around the area.

I am also planning on the water excerising at either the Conway Hospital Wellness Centre or the Coastal Carolina University.

Drop me a line if you are either going to be there for a while or live in MB (and area) for the 5 months we will be there

Is there no one around South Carolia who is doing low carbing?

Have been doing Aquatics at the Wellness Centre near Conway - they are all supportive there. And the excerises are great fun.

Anyone out there wanting to get together?

I am a Canadian wintering in MB - and go to the Conway Wellness Centre 5 days a week (want 6 but the ol bod will not take it)
My wife and I head to Conway often - as we have friends there - and ones she has taught Reiki to.

why not call me on Yahoo gharris58 and we can chat and see if we can find a low carb meal somewhere (Ryans is good - but tempting)
