Beer! The first thing I missed when I started low carbing. Watching soccer and drinking beer, going out and drinking beer (right from the bottle, no glasses)... Oh I know how you feel.
I switched to bacardi or whiskey with diet coke. This isn't the same but at least I can drink something other than plain coke! Maybe they would put the bacardi and the coke in a bottle so I could drink from there? :p
Anyway, pizza and beer are bad, right. Next time eat just the top of the pizza and drink some diet coke. Cheating is something we all have done (I cheated only for one day in 4 months!) but there's a trick I do.
If you want to cheat, cheat only for one day. If a good day turns to be a cheat day try not to eat EVERYTHING in your fridge. It's better to eat 40 carbs than eating 100 carbs. So even if you find youself cheating try to eat half of the pizza and drink only one beer. That's definetely better! ;)
Hope you don't gain so much! :)

Hi you. it gets easier in time. Thats all I can tell you really. After 16 or so months of being on LC, I can honestly say that sometimes, but only sometimes I feel the need to cheat too, but I pick myself up and move on. You have to reliase this is a way of life, so you will slip from time to time, but remember this....Never turn a bad meal into a bad day!!! If you slip up on a meal, get back on track. One bad meal can often lead to a bad day, then a bad week.
You can do this!
Good on you for having the courage to face up to the consiquenses of your binge.
