Hi There,
Thanks for suggesting a way out of my dilemma yesterday. Thankfully someone else righted it for me.
I'm still trying to find my way around this forum. Hopefully i'll get the hang of it soon!!
Hope you stick with the WOE even although your thryoid is dicy. I'm a Glasgow lass living south. It's good to have some kindred spirits around.
Will speak again.
PS Any idea how to use the icons and smilies?

Hiya Anne T
I haven't got a clue about all the icons etc suppose it is really easy (if you are a seven year old) but as I am a 33 year old I shall need to ask one of the kids. There is a site that you can practise on but have not got round to it yet . I am still strong today and have not waver only another 10 days on maintenance ya hoo.
bye scotlass

You all are doing fine - just fine.
The best way of learning is DOING it and watching what happens! - that's how kids do it and they manage to have a lot of fun in the process too. icons above you click in the little circle. We adults get too serious about it. Smilies you click on it ;) If you want more you click on the Get More - takes a moment but there's lots of nice ones u can have fun with.
I try to keep off the chocolate - easiest way to get back into those cravings even when it is low-carb.
Detailed information is all in the orange bar at the top - work your way through it. Personalised contributions from everyone relating to various topics are everywhere you look - take your pick.
Take care now.
