I'm not in Egypt, but in Israel. And it's pretty close.
I'd like to have a friend whom I could talk everyday almost and share with her my lowcarb way till a healthier body. It doesn't have to be on a forum way. Actually I'd prefer not.

Well, here I am! I was born in Paris, France and French is therefore my maternal tongue, although having been in Israel since 1968, I've used more Hebrew in my life. I am 50 years old, we have 4 kids, three girls and one son, the youngest: 16.
I do Atkins but use ony natural food, part of this because there is almost nothing here intended for LC eaters and secund, because I don't dare to use SA and see how much of it will give me tummy ach. But I really don't complain, I think I have colored, diverse and healthy food and if I keep the good work, I'll see results. I also joined last week a group who is practising Callanetics. Working out with tapes doesn't fit me.
I work as a pharmacist, and I live close to Tel-Aviv.
