I have been wondering if I can lose weight if the chart shows I have burned 3389 calories a day? I ahve been eating 1300-1600 calories per day.

weight loss is by a combination of eating less calories than what your body needs..if you eat 1300-1600 calories a day and if you excersize you should loose weight..but it will be a slow process..i ready your profile..you have quite a lot of weight to loose..you might loose more the first few weeks..not only will you feel better in time but look better to...
