Ok I admit it. I cheated this weekend. I had dinner guests over Saturday night and had some spagette (not alot) with them and then yesterday I went to London for the Chelsea trophy parade (GOOOOO CHELSEA) and I had a Subway turkey and bacon melt. I dont feel any bigger this morning although I haven't weighed myself but I am not gonna beat myself up for it. I am going back onto strict induction and gonna get back ontrack. I am still in Ketosos this morning so I guess thats a good thing. Thanks for listening. :)

I had dinner guests this weekend as well :D I ate lil nibbles of some carby stuff, but oh well. We all had a great time and it was mostly meat (bbq..mmmm). But today I'm taking the stairs at work...to the 5th floor!

:lol: I did the same thing. Stairs stairs and more stairs. Tonight its all about kick boxing to kick them carbs outta me :D

I think most of us have been there. :) Don't stress about it and don't bother weighing yourself either. You are probably retaining water from the cheat and it also takes about 1-2 days for actual fat LBS to show up. I highly doubt you gained any weight though, it doesn't sound like you consumed enough cals. Shake it off and get back on track. :D
