this is a really dumb question but is there any way to "burn" carbs?
u can burn fat and calories by exercising but what about carbs?

Hi and yes there is a way to burn carbs. Do Atkins and don't eat them. :lol:
No, you can burn carbs through intense exercising. Body builders eat carbs before an intense workout for endurance. But, I quess that you would have to be a body builder.

Your body burns carbs and fat as energry... what carbs are not burned turns into fat. So in a sense exercise is first burining the excess carbs in your body, then the fat.
