I have had terrible indigestion since LCing it. Anyone else have that trouble? Maybe I am lactose intolerant, who knows! I also cannot seem to give up coffee, but I use cream in it and Stevia. :help:

I am sorry, I wish I could help you here but I've had the exact opposite. I used to suffer from acid reflux and terrible heartburn but now it's totally gone.
Good luck finding what ails you.

Most people experience indigestion getting better. Why don't you cut out dairy and see if it gets better?

Are you eating alot more eggs than usual? I did that and found out I have a sensitivity to them, and can usually eat only one at a time. I would get a belly ache and the runs.

I know when I eat lots of fatty, salty food (bacon, pepperoni, fatty beef, sausage) I get a HELLA case of indigestion. If your indigestion is associated with any of the above foods, I would suggest limiting your intake, NEVER eat these foods after 3pm or two consecutive days.
