Looking for some advice on thickening agents. Atkins Thick'n'Thin doesn't seem to be available anywhere in Oz that I can find, and anyway it's quite expensive.

I've tried using psyllium husks which worked reasonably well - I was a bit reluctant to use too much. Has anyone else experimented with this?

Grateful for any help.
