hello everyone, ive been on atkins for over a year and have been doing well, ever since i discovered this site i have so many questions that ive been wondering about that now i can finally get some feedback on..lol..ok about chinese food, i LOVE chinese food, and ive always wondered if the chinese chicken and broccoli is loaded with carbs, and all that sauce they put all over it, i always get that and i dont kno what is in the sauce but everywhere ive ever gotten chinese chicken and broccoli it tastes basically the same..i dont know if any of you would know approximately how many carbs it may have so i can have an idea of how many im taking in. thanks! :)

I have read the ingredients on alot chinese sauses and the ones I have come across besides soy seem to be loaded with sugar so I stay away from it altogether. I do miss my Beef in blackbean sauce though :tears:

Many of the restaurants use cornstarch to thicken the sauces too.
