1 low carb bottle of BBQ sauce~~0 carbs
2 racks of baby back ribs
1 pkg (6) of chicken thighs
1 lasagna pan
tin foil
Preheat oven to 350 F.
place all meat evenly in lasagna pan.
Pour entire contents of BBQ sauce all over meat.
Cover with tin foil
Cook 45-60 minutes in oven.
Serve!
