I mean't to send this along too http://deseretnews.com/dn/view/0,1249,595083192,00.html - I've never heard of these - probably not available in Canada anyway.

I think that would be a good idea for someone that literally lived on fast food (and I know plenty of people that do), but I live on fresh, real foods. I just couldn't eat that way. Occasionally, fine - I'll pop a low carb meal in the microwave... But that's about once every 2-3 months, not 5x/week. And all that sodium, man - I'd puff up like a marshmallow!

I wouldn't eat pre-packaged meals all the time, just in a pinch also - I just know it would lead to "the old days"

Pre-packaged meals never filled me up -- ate Lean Cuisine, etc. years ago and would start snacking an hour later.

I gladly sacrifice my Sundays to cook so that I eat right during the week...
