Even though I dont have cravings for pasta I do miss having it. I have a hard time finding Whole Wheat pastas without going to the (Overpriced) healthy food stores.

I have noticed there are a lot of pastas made with Semolina that claims to have half the carbs (12g Fiber 19g Net Carbs). Are these pastas good to use sparingly in phase 2 of the diet.

Also, is there anyway to calculate what the GI for foods are, I am finding out just because items have the same amount of net carbs doesn't mean the GI is the same.

You can find Hodgson Pasta at most grocery stores...pretty decently priced. Walmart carries a whole grain pasta (Heartland) that is 99 cents a box too!
