1 cup of sour cream
4 T of hot or mild horseradish from a jar or
2 T of freshly grated horseradish
1 t of Worcestershire Sauce (I use French's and it says less than 1 gr per teaspoon)
blend with a spoon.
Used for dipping beef in.
Unused portions can be put in plastic container and left in fridge indefinitely.
Total Carbs for 1 cup of sauce:
12 grms per cup. (You'll usually consume about 4 T per steak)
