:help: So okay I tried adding whole grain bread back in and I failed miserably. I had no control - well not quite I had enough to know to get rid of it into the trash and out to the sidewalk this morning. So the big question is I have had three days of less than stellar eating for phase 2 so should I redo P1 or do it for a few days and try adding fruit (which I know I will be able to do much better at) after a few days of being clean? Or do I just continue P2 as if the bread disaster didn't happen?
And no this wasn't a total failure as it did tell me that bread is a trigger food and has no place in my house :lol:

I don't keep any bread, whole grain or otherwise, in my house either.
I'd just start your phase II again as if you are starting it over. No need to go back to phase I unless you fell like you are totally out of control.
You're right to stick with fruit for the first week. Second week you can try some brown rice and or old fashioned oatmeal.
