We got these bars from Costco awhile ago.
The dark ones have 180 calories per bar,15g fat,18g carbs,3g prot,0g sugar.
Ingredients:Cocoa Mass, Maltitol,Cocoa Butter,Lecithin, natural vanilla

Not sure what you want to know here? If you are asking if they are ok to eat, that depends on you. Do you want the Maltitol? Eating chocolate could start cravings. I'm speeking about myself here. I'm trying to stay away from all processed foods and the sugar alochols as they really don't agree with me. It dosn't always work, but I try.

I have been on SBD since June '04 and have met my goal of losing 35 lbs and have been maintaining it for a while now. I knew that I needed to find something I could stick to for life so even though I knew that the low carb or sugar free chocolate bars weren't the greatest thing I did have about 1/4 of a bar for dessert about once or twice a week. It helped keep me on the diet and didn't seem to stall me. If it is going to keep you eating healthy and keep you from big cheats I would say go for it. But if you think you can do without it you are probably better off without it.
