I found some stevia in a health food store. The kind I got is a powder which has been bulked up with a little fiber that (so the package claims) does not raise blood sugar. The fiber isn't anything that Dr. Bernstein lists as a no-no. I'm assuming I cook with it like I would with splenda or sugar.
There was also a liquid variety but I wasn't sure exactly what to do with it. Does anyone have experience with cooking with stevia? I'm dying for some hot chocolate that doesn't raise my BG!
