I use zantrex 3 and it works really well for me to control the cravings. When I first started them it came me a rush of energy but then my body got used to it. I dont see it as a magic cure but something to help me especially in the nightime when I have the most difficulties, and it helps me to have the energy to work out. Hope this helps. best of luck to you:)

Sometimes craving for food simply means your body needs more food. I find that a chunk of cheese is what it takes to satisfy me between meals.

chromium can help level out blood sugar to prevent dips that might be causing a little hypoglemica. some people swear by glutamate for sugar cravings. i found that small frequent meals, 5 or 6 throughout out the day help me, but is sometimes hard to maintain. sometimes just a small (3-4oz) protein smoothie or a couple of pieces of cheese is all i need.

I use Hoodia, it works for me. I haven't overeaten in a long time now. I used to have the same problem!!! I don't do it anymore.

Also, hard boiled eggs straight up really hit the spot. Up the protein and they have adequate fat so you feel fuller long as well. Try to eat some fibre too, along with it. I find it helps.

122% to goal, damn you! lol.
