Ok, here's a shopping list for a really good meal from TJ's.
Buy:
A package of lowcarb tortillas
A container of their fresh green salsa (salsa verde)
A package of their prepared guacamole (Avocado's Number or the other one)
A package of their precooked, presliced frozen chicken meat (forget what it is called but it is in the freezer section)
Some grated cheese (I like the mediterranian blend)
Optionally: Sour cream
Then I make a 2 minute burrito.
I nuke enough of the chicken meat for a serving.
I sprinkle some cheese on the tortilla and top it with the chicken and nuke again.
Then I squeeze guacamole, plop sour cream, and splash some salsa on top. Fold in half and eat with a fork because its messy! But oh god, it is yummy.
To store the guacamole, I usually just freeze the package I didn't open and the other one, I just snip off a corner then store it in a plastic container in the fridge.
