I am not an over eater, I feel full with just my basic meals and was losing great for a while, tho now I am not and feel I need a bit more help. I read about hoodia, and wondered if I should even try it since I do not eat that much during a day. Any thoughts?

hoodia is an appetite suppressant -- if you haven't much appetite to begin with I don't know what it would help with??????

When I really looked at what I was eating, I was staying within my carb limits but I was eating far too many calories (for me) -- reducing the amount of food that I ate is what did the trick for me....
