I feel like a dork asking this, it is late at night and I have to run. But what do you use it for. Is it used in conjunction with losing weight? I just bought some, I but it in my coffee....yeah, how weird does that sound? It doesn't have a strong taste and the effects it had in the coffee were neat looking, lol. I am a visual person. It was like gold! Neat. Anyways. What does everyone do with it, put it in, etc,.
I also bought flax seed *refridgerated, of course* what do you suggest I do with this?*Other than stick it where the sun don't shine!* No but seriously. I could put it in smoothies and salads? As well as the oil in a salad?
Thanks for the tips in advance!

A lot of people use it on their salads. I know that it helps with food cravings, is high in Omega-3's and lowers cholesterol & blood pressure. Google it, and you find a bunch of information..... Personally, I hated the taste and just took it straight followed by something to drink. I shuddered when I read that you put it in your coffee! :Puke: Do a search on it here, and you will find a lot of threads. Flax oil shouldn't be taken on a long term basis though - that is why I take Hemp Oil.

Don't forget you need some alpha-omegas everyday.*
I have discovered flax seed meal or walnuts are the best source since fish is mostly cooked. Fresh spinich also has some omega-3's.
