Hi Everyone,

I currently am taking CLA...I've read a lot about Hoodia, but it seems to me that it's the same thing as CLA - or at least is suppose to do the same thing.

Because I'm taking CLA - I'm wondering if anyone knows if Hoodia is working better for them or is anyone taking both of these supplements at the same time?

I believe that Hoodia and CLA are different intirely. Cla is works as an antidioxant and helps burn fat, ususally when exercising, but it is suppose to tun fatty acid into energy also.
Where Hoodia is an appetite supprent, and nothing more. It is probably one of the best out there, if you get a purer form. And it does work to suppess you appetite better than anything else I have taken.
So, if you are looking for an appetite supprent, Hoodia is the one to take, and if you are looking for an antidioxant, and something to help convert fat to energy CLA is the one to take.
By the way, you can take them both at the same time. I do.

Thanks for the input...Where do you get your hoodia...I get most of my vitamins from GNC - do you know if they have the "purer" form you are talking about?

HI Jacque! I had a cookout today, so I am just getting back online. Did not mean to exnore you.

Here is a site that is the cheapest I found and this is the Hoodia that supressed my appetite. The cost is only 22.50, and that includes shipping! And I got it within 4 to 5 days! :)
