I haven't been on this site for about two years or so.
I did the South Beach for 3 months last year and I lost 20 pounds. Since then, I turned 30 and my body went a little wacky. I stopped doing low carb (for shame!). I've been stuck at the same weight for 3 months and can't seem to budge. I don't gain...but I don't lose.
Any advice on how to get back on track? I have 20 pounds left until I'm at my maximum goal weight and I'm positive that once I get back into the swing of low-carb, my weight will budge.
I know I should read the SB book again to get motivated, I just can't get motivated to read the book. :D
Anybody recommend an easy way to re-enter the low-carb lifestyle?
Thanks!

Howdy...Welcome back to the forum..

To be honest with you..the only way to get back to low-carb is go back to phase I or induction on Atkins and get your body rid of all the sugars/flours/etc that you need. You have to really want to do this bad enough to make it work. You have been there done that..you know what to do..

Make a promise to yourself that you want to loose these last 20 pds. If other ways of eating hasn't budged the scale, the you know low-carb can.

Best of luck on your weightloss endeavor..Drink your water/exercise and eat low-carb

It's so hard to get motivated to start back on the diet when you've strayed fora while. I went on a special trip to the grocery store to stock my kitchen with phase 1 foods, so I had lots of choices. Aside from that, reading the book again was the best motivator.

Thanks, you guys. Speaking of water, I think that may be a huge problem too. I don't drink nearly enough. I'm going to have to re-read the book and dig through other information.
Thanks, again. :)
