I just found Minute Maid Light Lemonaid and Orangeaid!! 2 carbs and 5 calories per 12 oz. serving. Sweetened with Aspertame and Sucralose.

They are delicious but I just read the label and I wonder about some of the ingredients. What the heck is Glycerol Ester of Wood Rosin? Anyone know what Phenylalanine is?

I hope I can keep drinking them - very tasty!!!

Google is your best friend on the internet :)

Check out the third response down under Wood Rosin.....not trying to be a smart-ass, but that's what I would have done to find out. I use Google for everything these days...they even have Satellite mapping now of all things.

A quick search on the forums here will also provide a TON of results on Phenylalanine.

I was kind of being sarcastic. I guess humor sometimes doesn't translate well on here sometimes. It just sounds funny - Wood Rosin- like there are wood shavings floating in the beverage. Thanks though. :)
