Hi all, hoping someone can lend some advice. I've been on induction for 12 days and as of yesterday, have had a massive headache. Not migraine level but painful nevertheless. I have taken Tylenol and now Advil Migraine for relief, I get some for an hour or two but then it comes back.
I am drinking lots of water and eating to the plan with the only expection being I went a few extra hours yesterday not being able to eat, which I thought induced it. I thought it would have gone away with food, rest, etc but no luck.
Any ideas or suggstions?
