so i have been working on l/c for a couple months and when i go on induction i feel like my arms are getting... squishy is the only word I got for it. They get firmer when I am off induction. My arms have never been real muscular, but I have been trying to do some toning exercise to keep up. I really don't understand it, but my legs are starting to do the same. I like to believe that it is the fat melting under there, but am not too sure what is going on. Anyone out there think i am not completely weird.

I have squishy arms, too. I believe this comes from the skin being looser after the fat's burned off. The skin doesn't bounce back so fast -- sometimes it doesn't bounce back much at all, depending on heredity, age, physical condition and how much one exercises.
One thing that is helpful is working with weights. In that way you can build up the muscles, which will take up some of the "slack" in the skin as well as increase the blood supply to make the skin more able to get it's elasticity back. Firming creams might also help. You could try one of the new ones with Q10 or caffeine which are supposed to help firm loose, saggy skin.

This may help.... A very overweight freind of mine(was 270 down to 219)used the hand weights while working out to a belly dancing video (all we had). Her arms dont look bad at all, her stomach on the other hand  . She would also massage her arms with any kind of lotion every night(a firming lotion may be better) .Her arms look good and you can feel muscle. I have been using weights and rubbing my whole body hard (massaging) ...thats alot of lotion lol....every night. Despite me doing all this I think I am going to have the squishy arms. Every female in my family has the little hanging flab on the bottom of their arms that waves back at ya  . Maybe it will/can work for you.
