Ok so I got these really yummy "carb consider" bagels made by Thomas. (Maybe they are just yummy bc I havent had bread in 3 1/2 weeks!) They are relatively small in size so I wonder if I should count them as one serving or two? They are 150 cals, 2.5 grams fat, and 7 grams of fiber.
Any input is appreciated :)

Be very careful with any type of bagel....whole wheat or otherwise.
If I were you, I'd eat one...just one!! and see how your body responds. If you find that you are wanting to eat them more than once a day, you will know that its a trigger food for you and something to avoid.
I had my first bagel(pumpernickel is whole grain) 2 weeks ago...first time in almost 1 year!! I ate 1/2 one day and the other half the next day...it was delish!! I will have another bagel soon but not every day!!
