I am trying out a new diet software program and I require the breakdown for daily caloric intake percentages...
fat% carb% protein% alcohol%
Can't find this info on the Atkins webpage or anywhere else for that matter.
Can anyone help? :wave: :q:

There isn't really a recommended breakdown in the Atkins book or on the webpage. A lot of people I know try to keep it at something like 75/5/20/0 (in the order you listed them). Everyone's body is different, though, so you should find what works best for you.

It's really difficult to get to 75% fat...even 70% is a challenge for me most of the time.

The Atkins Center recommends 60-65% fat, 25-30% protein, 5-10% carbs.
