does anyone know the carb count of courgette? cos i cant find it anywhere on the internet

Hullo toothgap,

Courgettes are known as zucchini in other parts of the world. ;)

Try looking for zucchini in our carb counter (under "Tools" on the top green menu bar).
They are pretty low in carbs.
