I got this recipe from All Recipes.com and it is wonderful!!

Get a 6-8 pound roast. Pierce it. Mix together one tablespoon salt and one tablespoon liquid smoke. Pour over roast. Place in crockpot and cook for 16-20 hours.

I put mine in the crockpot over night, turned it in the morning and it was ready for dinner that night. The meat will be shredded and taste like you just had a hog roast.
